Based on my measurements ( hips : 39inches, waist: 29 inches ), I should be getting an M but bought an S instead to get better tummy control. Boy, was I glad as an S fits me great. I wish this could provide better tummy control but it was only average. Otherwise, it's comfortable, stays in place and easy to wear.
Another pair of highwaisted undies, Nothing more! Spend your money on TRULY firm control underwear. This one sucks! Yep, sorry.
I ordered the SMALL size because I'm a size 4 and weight 123 lbs, and this garment does not help at all with my post babies belly.
Like any wonderful woman who gives birth, the tummy area tends to need a little help to flatten it. My children are getting older but my belly needs help! Lol!
This highwaisted thong is nothing more than regular underwear, and as for giving you firm control, it is NOT happening. It's soft and it replaces an under camisole. Expensive for what you get though.

This high waist thong is a waste of hard-earned money. I am totally dissatisfied with this purchase. I am unable to wear it because it cannot hold me in. Why should I wear another piece of clothing that is not doing the job that it is claimed to do? THIS IS BOGUS!!!
I bought this product to be used under form-fitting tops and dresses. After trying it on I immediately realized that this was NOT to be worn with dresses or form-fitting pants; this is NOT a seamless undergarment. The seams dug into my hips making my figure in my slim fit slacks look awful; and I am a size 4. It worked much better with jeans. It also started sliding down in the back by the end of the day. It did however give my tummy and waist a nice flat, smooth look underneath my fitted sweater.
I use it to slim down a bit and wear it under clothing fabrics like silk or satin to flatten everything to make the dress or outfit look even better.
Everything about this product is GREAT!!!
If you like looking good in your clothes, especially fitted clothes, this is what you need to wear as an under garment. It's comfortable and make your waist look smaller with a flat stomach.
If you are a large get a med. if you are a med. get a small. It's great, I wear them all the time & my friends don't know. But to them I look great as if I workout all the time:-) What a trick, I love it.
I wore this under a snug fitting dress to a Mardi Gras Ball. It was so comfortable!!! Stayed in place, held everything in, couldn't even tell I was wearing something. I danced all night!! I'm a thin women, just have a little problem in the belly area and with this snug dress, I looked like I was 20 again!!! Only problem is going to the bathroom; Since this is a high-waisted thong, it was hard to pull it down in a fitted dress. Also, my dress had a very low back and this worked perfect; didn't show in the back
I love that there is a body shaper with a thong. My bottom does not need any extra flattening as with a lot of normal body shapers and this fits the bill for what I wanted.
I was very impressed and my finance' too how this product looked so sexy yet it gave me the extra support in the tummy & waist area. I felt so much more sexy and confident in my very tight black sequel

I am in my late forties and have had 4 abdominal operations and I cannot afford surgery to tighten things up so I hated the way cloths fit, especially jeans. I cannot believe how good this garment can make you look and you can still breath! This is my third order because I wear it every day, and no panty lines either!!!!!! i wear a size 16/18 and the large i felt was too big. so make sure u get the right size
I have had several operations on my stomach for various reasons and I cannot afford plastic surgery to tighten things up. I hate the way cloths fit and I hate the thought of waering a girdle, nor do I like panty lines. I love this product, its light, comfortable and I hardly kn ow its on. This is my second order so far and plan on odering more. Thanks so much.
I use this product for my formal wear only it did the job, i was very comfortable, but i think i should try a medium instead of a large . All in all it did the job. I would use it again. It is much better than the others i tried.

The only con is that if i sit for too long the thong part hurts my tailbone but that wouldn't stop me from buying this product again.
This is a great product although I ordered according to the size chart but felt it was still too big, so I washed in warm water thinking they would shrink a bit (I bought 2)but they did not so I gave them away to my sister. So I will re-order again when I have some extra money.
