The wrap is a little difficult to get on, but once in place it's really not uncomfortable. However, I have difficulty getting the top to stay around my ribcage if I'm moving around too much, so it rolls down or folds over, making it uncomfortable and showing bulges. While I can wear it to dinners and such, I would not want to try wear it dancing

I wear it everyday and the odd days that I am at home and do not put it on, I find that I have more backpain. Ive tried similar products put prefer the Body Wrap for its true comfort. The only problem that I do have with it
is rembering to pull it up properly so it will not slide down to my waist.
