I feel confidant enough to wear the clingiest of dresses.
I am an Australian size 10/12 5'9 and 68kg. After having children my tummy looks like scrammbled eggs. I have tried it all and Body Wrap stuff is the best. I buy size small because I need lots of help and I like it tight. I use this style because I like to wear my own bra (32E) and I just ensure that the bra holds the top of the pants up. If you are not big busted then I would say try the Body Wrap body suit with underwire. I have one and they are great (but the girls tend to look x rated). I also tried the bodysuit without underwire and then wore a bra underneath. Another good product but I just grew tired of double shoulder straps.
Seriously though forget SPanx and all the rest - I have tried them all and Body Wrap is by far the best.

It really flattened my tummy for a while but later in the day it rolled all the way down to my waist. It felt like the right size but may have needed a size larger
I can actually feel the material pull in my stomach as I wear it. After a while, I forget it's there. My old ones never seem to wear out. The trick is to buy a size larger than you ordinarily wear.
I WILL WEAR THIS MOST EVERY DAY. IT REALLY HOLDS MY TUMMY IN AND MAKES MY BACK SMOOTH.
I AM TALL SO THE TOP OF IT COMES UP A LITTLE SHORT FOR ME BUT IT STILL WORKS. LOVE IT.
