orderd product according to size chart provided and cannot wear them as they are too small. Supprt part too narrow, junk falls out. Not comfortable at all. will never order them again

Item arrived quickly and as described. However, I thought it would have an elasticised pouch. The pouch is a soft cotton.
Also, from the description, I thought there would be two straps. There is only one and the cup.

this is bad quality and not made for an adult male, It does not cover the genitalia nor does It do the job of support; It's awful. Everything hangs out of both sides of the jock. I will be sending this back.

Like most bike products, I like this cup supporter because the cup is the most confortable one I have yet used. I purchased the cup because I signed up for a kick boxing class where I work-out and needed the protection. The supporter fits a little snug, but I think it is supposed to so the cup will remain in place. The service I received from your sales staff was outstanding.
