Bike Performance Cotton Combo Boxer Brief with Proflex 2 Cup BACO37
I am 5'10"/155 with a 31" waist and the small fits great. It is comfortably snug, like a good Under Armor compression shirt. This is by far the most comfortable cup I've ever worn. The rubbery sides on the cup itself are great. Definitely 5 stars. The only improvement that I think can be made would be to bring the tip of the cup in towards the crotch a little. I took a softball to the groin while crouching and it nipped the tip a bit. The boxer brief design is perfect for slides into third to complete a nice triple.

Works OK for catcher. In previous years, the straps on the strap style kept sliding with the squatting required for catching and son felt brief style might have some of same issue. He tried this style and sticks with it. (And apparently thigh length is more trendy and stylish with the teens, too) Son is average build with a 31" waist. Have doubts it would fit him if he were 34". The elastic measures 28" unstretched.
Use daily in lacrosse.
