As far as support for working out, this is a pretty good jock strap. The waist band is rather rough and snug, I don't think it would have been better if I went up a size. The pouch of the jock is very breathable and comfortable. I can't see wearing this all day, but for working out I thought it was pretty good—and very cost effective jock.
Easy wash & wear. Affordable & comfortable.
Narrow waist band is comfortable, non-binding, and does not peek out over waistband of pants/shorts. Rear straps are comfortable and perfect for wearing under fitted pants/jeans as they don't show. Pouch fabric breaths and does not hold in moisture.
Sizing is a bit odd as others have mentioned and on the small size. Ordered one size up and jock fits perfectly.
I am a Zumba instructor at a Curves for Women in my area. Since I have large thighs I find I can't comfortably wear long pants, or even long shorts, during vigorous exercise. As a result I wear bathing suits, or short jersey shorts during my classes. Regular underwear just does not offer the support I need during class. I find that these Bike supporters give me the perfect amount of support, yet fit comfortably and inconspicuously under my exercise outer wear. The waist band does not roll, nor do the support straps ride. I highly recommend these supporters!
Needed a better fitting jock when I switched from the uncomfortable, generic cup to an anatomically-correct model...This product fits GREAT and looks good, too! (I ordered it in black.) Not only is it the most-comfortable, best-fitting, jock I've owned--I've tried many different brands; this TWO-PACK is an incredible value! It feels/fits so good I've actually worn it outside the gym. It works for casual wear and sleep wear in addition to performance-premium settings. I use this product for working out. it's great support especially when running and spinning. It's very breathable and keeps me in place! The only con is that it far from soft.

If you are looking for a jock look no further, THIS is the jock for you! I use to like wearing other froms of underwear and then i got this, I have turned jock lover and will wear it from now on. It's super breathable (so you don't have to worry about heating up your little guys) gives your booty a lift and supports everything at the same time! Order a size up was a great advice otherwise i also got some in my normal size and the pouch tends to be way too tight.
Great product but lower support bands tend to fray easy.
Waist band and straps very rough and seem to eat into your skin, especially if you sweat. Straps have edges that saw into the cheeks of your bottom. Excellent support if worn. Suggest wearing for only a short while.

excellent jock, good fit, have worn Bike jocks for a few years and never have a problem with them, would defernitely order again and again, I wear them under sport shorts and as underwear in the summer. If you don't like your undies a bit on the snug side then buy a size larger.

I have heard about Bike gear before but not easy to find in Aus. Find them great when playing tennis there is no riding up. Great under jeans, but they get a bit scratchy after a full day of wear.
I am 28, and most guys my age don't wear jockstraps to the gym. I am very tall and hate compression short because the legs have a tendency to ride up. This is my second order of these from freshpair.com
Great for the gym to keep everything in their place, and it helps keep me from having that wet butt feeling you get from briefs. I would highly recommend guys give jocks a try for the gym. Definitely better than what you had to wear in high school.

I wear a jock strap everyday to work. I work in a construction type occupation requiring much heavy lifting, climbing and walking. Several years ago, I started having problems, especially in the summer, with the boys being in my way, and needing support. Nothing beats a bike. Nothing. I have tried many different brands and styles, but the good old fashioned bike cotton jock strap, cant be beat.

Hey guys this is a great jock strap. I wear it not just for the gym/ workouts but for every day use. I love the feel esp under my jeans/ shorts. Have worn these for several months and washing no problem. No signs of wear. I usualy let them air dry on bathroom door but then need to get them back from my roomate as he loves to wear them too. Will oder a pack for him for xmas.

My play partner noticed this wasn't my old jock right away and needless to say will be ordering some for himself. I saw all the reviews on how to buy a size bigger, but i didn't really pay attention and I just bought my regular large size...and it's really "snug". the straps are alright but the pouch itself is more like a small or something.

These are jock straps. There isn't much else to say about them except that they are both cheap and very comfortable. This was my second purchase of these supports. When the old ones got too large for me because I've been working out at the gym I was very happy to replace them with the same product but in a smaller size. I was wearing the old ones for over 18 months and they were not showing any sign of wear.

Went with a small as that is what I wear in everyday underwear. I first thought it was going to be too tight but after using it for running and weight training I felt it was perfect. I like the wide waistband, it stays in place and makes sure things don't move around too much. If I were going to wear it for everyday, I would go one size up.

I wear my Bike Jock under spandex bike pants while riding. Other jockstraps are uncomfortable and the waistbands are too wide. Bike is perfect. I've bought them before and I'll buy them again. An added bonus is the price which is always less than the others and reasonable.

These Bike's are pretty amazing. These sit a little lower on the hips than the classic huge waistband ones do, so at first I wasn't sure how the narrower waistband would hold up. But they do and I don't get as sweaty under them because of it. They definitely have a snugger fit than other brands. Snug is why I wear them! Will never run or work out without these

The last time I wore a jock strap was when I was 11 and played little league baseball. I now realize that I was wearing one wrong the whole time; I wore it on top of my underwear! HAHA! Anyway I'm 17 now and I've been going to the gym a lot lately and I've been so uncomfortable wearing normal briefs/trunks; they were so unsupportive. So I seeked relief online and found that guys should wear jock straps! DUH! So I ordered these to test out and I just received them in the mail. I tried it on (the correct way!) and OH MY GOSH. It is so comfortable! It blew my expectations out of the water! I'm already considering wearing these for everyday wear. I'm planning on ordering more of these and different styles. This definitely does the job of supporting the boys and allows them to breathe, and the wide waistband is relatively comfortable. It's also above average in the sexy department.

I bought this item because well..I've never worn a jockstrap before but I liked the way they looked on my boyfriend, so I wanted to try some out. And now I wear them quite often :D While it's not quite as soft as I had thought, it's still very comfortable and I have no problem wearing them throughout the day. The label on the outer front is a bit annoying lookwise, but these still remain my favorite pair of undergarment! I'm very satisfied.
Fits true to size. Which is weird b/c I've bought other Bike products like this and ended up purchasing a large. Went with a medium in these and they fit perfectly.
I have just joined a gym and have never used a jock strap before. After two tries with other name brands, BIKE is the only name brand that I will buy from now on. It is the most comfortable athletic support. I can now concentrate on working out instead of being distracted by the constrants and awkwardness of how my jock strap fits me. The one drawback to me is how the leg straps fit somewhat loose connected at the pouch. I am confident that issue will resolve itself when I begin to build the muscles in my hamstrings and glutes. This is also the most care free product to throw in the washer, and dryer.

I have been wearing no other underwear since I bought them.
As suggested by many other reviewers, I bought a size up from what I normally wear (I bought L, up from my regular M). I am glad I took the advice of these reviews, as the waist on the L fits perfectly. As for the pouch, I find it to be slightly longer than necessary, and could use a bit of contouring. Otherwise satisfied with this product.

This new take on the Bike jock is mush more comfortable then any other I've purchased from them. The waistband isnt to tight and the pouch give better support. I'm sure I'll purchase these again in the future.

Good product and value. A two pack is great and the pricing is very reasonable. While they appear to wear a bit quickly, I am satified that this is going to be a staple I continue to purchase. One thing to consider would be a bit more variety in the colors of this traditional style jock strap.

Jockstraps are amazing, but i only recommend you buy the size up from what you usually buy. The first one i bought was a bit small, but i recently bought a new one that was a size larger then usual and it fits perfectly

I exercise six days a week and I needed more support than underware could give. So my urologist recommended that I wear a jockstrap. I have purchased two different 2 packs, the one inch waistband and the two inch both are Bike brand. They are both very comfortable so much that I sometimes wear them as underwear in warm weather. My wife even thinks they are attractive. Also while during a cardio workout when I sweat a great deal they are much cooler than underware due to the open back and breathable front. They also have endured many wash cycles and are still wearing well. I would recommend them to any man to wear for support during exercise or for everyday in stead of regular briefs or boxer briefs,which is what I wear most often.

comfortable to lounge around in it- and nothing but, husky fellows the waist band needs to be wider-does cinch/roll, husky fellas as well if large endowed not a real great fit but does hold the eggs in well, cup is soft, style is sexy, side and back straps would look much nicer if they were wider, sexy to touch as well. Very decent price for 2 pack. A little bit short under the scrotum as far as fit. Does lift the buns so that is well done as in style.
The moisture wicking mesh fabric is perfect for summer exercise.

I've worn these quite a few times, usually to work out since it gets so hot here and I like the breezy feeling, but the elastic waist band is pretty constricting. I read what other people had put down about the waist feeling too small, but I just figured it was a few people who didn't know what size they wore or were in denial. Definitely buy a size up from what you normally wear, I wish I had.

I wear jocks for fashion and club wear. Bike is considered a classic, especially in black and it certainly fills the bill. However, as far as comfort goes - it falls way short of perfection. It cuts and it's scratchy. I'm also sure it will wash and wear like iron.

This Jock is the best piece of underwear in my drawer. It's comfortable and gives me that secure feeling when working out and running. It also provides great comfort under regular clothes when you want something different rather than regular boxer briefs.

Bike is a classic jockstrap that feels and fits well. I would order according to your weight class and not size. I wear a size 30 but since I am 160lbs I had to order a medium and they fit really good. Check the weight class on the product before ordering or you may order the wrong size. These are a great product at a great value but I don't expect them to last more than 10 washes especially with as much exercise as I do but you still get your dollars worth for sure.
I took the recommendations to order up a size and they fit fine. Good overall product and seems to be meeting my expectations.

I've been buying Bike jocks forever, so I ought to be able to order the correct size without worry. But NO! The waistband is at least one and maybe two sizes too small. I can tolerate mine for a run or gym session, but no way I'd even think about wearing it for anything closer to all-day wear, like hiking, skiing, or horseback riding. The narrow swimmer model's pouch is pretty much the same as the wide band, but is correctly sized.
I wear these when I go running. They are comfortable and provide good support. I would suggest them to anyone who wants something comfortable and affordable.

Perhaps I'll have better luck with the exchange. I have a 32" waist and, following the size chart, i went with a medium - i thought for sure i had mistakenly received an Extra Small! hopefully i'll be following up with better news soon.

Great product, well fitting. Several reviews for this product mentioned ordering a size above. Personally I have a 32" waist and wear a belt with jeans, ordered a 32" jockstrap and initially felt to be on the tight side but after a couple of wears were fine. Highly recommended. I use mine for travelling long distances in and long distance running.
The jock strap is very basic, and not over or understated. It is comfortable for the duration of your work out. Light running, and somewhat more active sports is what I would use this for, not running intensive (track, cross country)
The straps seem to be uncomfortable at times, but if your busy, it wont bother you but a moment if that.

The Bike Jock is great for all day useage. Guys just buy the Bike Jock now. Just very comfortable all day and your boys will love the fit.
Probably best use is for athletic events of short duration. If wear for longer periods, you can tell how uncomfortable it is. Material did not soften with washings and threads have started to come out (3 washes so far). For all-day comfort I'd suggest the C-IN2 Core Jock Strap or the Under Armour Boxer Jock
Over the past year i have used a few jocks, but these are by far the best i ever had, its so comfortable that on days that i have to workout i go to work with them and then go to the gym right after work, it's also great for guys who are born with a hernia and are trying to add some muscle to their core.

This is a really comfortable Jock strap 2x. I like that it comes in sizes up to 3x. I'm a BIG guy and the waist band doesn't cut in to me. It washes well - use cold setting and let it air dry. (using the dryer stretches out the elastic band over time.) The convenience of a two pack lets you stock up without spending a lot. I use them for exercise and also under my casual/athletic wear. Great for travel, takes up less room than briefs or boxers in your suitcase. Get both colors at this price! I did! Hope they add Grey soon.

I have found these jocks to be more comfortable and supportive than traditional underwear, and so now wear them daily. Comfortable and breathable, yet offering great support.
The waist area (BIKE Trade Mark) is not facing from. It's huge production so no one pay attention to it. The image of the product doesn't look good. Other than that, it's a decent one.
I use this product for biking, at the gym and sometimes for all day wear. It is very soft/comfortable in the band and the pouch. The pouch is breathable and gives GREAT support for my boys. I love how the band is more narrow than traditional supporters, making this more of an updated jockstrap. I would recommend it to any jock wearers. It fits true to size.
This is a jockstrap. It holds everything in place. It is only slightly tighter than I would have liked so my grading on the waist is only because of that. If I were to buy another pair tomorrow then I would probably buy a size larger but I am wearing the ones I bought with no problem

The Bike supporter has been the standard for many years even though the present model is not the same as the tried and true #10 of years past. Great support, no binding though once in a while the leg straps will curl. Great for basic non-contact sports as well as everyday street wear.

I normally wear a jock in place of traditional underwear for both comfort and support. These are by far the best value, especially compared to higher price jocks.

I love these jockstraps! I have SEVERAL pair. They are very comfortable, they hold you in place while running jogging, exercising or when ever. I like to wear them to bed because they are cool and comfortable while you are sleeping. (Not to mention that my hubby likes the way they look on me. :) )
I would highly recommend them to athletes and couch potatoes alike.
Works great and feels pretty good as well too. With any jock, this sort of fabric can sometimes not be the softest but overall it works great.

I have yet to find a jock were you didn't have to wear in the waist band. I ordered these in a Large (I have a 30" waist at 5'8") and the waist band is tight as hell, leaving the noticeable waist strangulation mark. Do I need to order an extra large.
I wish manufacturers would realize to make these waist bands true to size. Bike, has especially decided to make these waist bands too small, making these the most uncomfortable jock to date. Steer clear of this item.
Use this for the gym, both Spinning and Lifting Weights.
I use a jock strap when I work out, bike or run and these are perfect. They're also a great deal since you get two, you can always have a clean one. At the store I've never seen a two pack and the singles were priced the same as I paid for two here.
Good jockstrap, but feels uncomfortable sometimes.
I use this jock for league volleyball. Bike is a company who knows how to deliver comfortable support to men. This product has a waist band that absorbs sweat and stays in place very well, although I recommend ordering up one size from the chart for comfort. The Proformance Cotton jock sits lower on the hips than past Bike supporters, so it stays hidden under your gym shorts. The pouch is perfectly fitted for keeping everything in place thoughout any competition. The pouch is constructed of an open crochet fabric that provides cool ventilation and great support. I would recommend this product for anyone who plays; basketball, volleyball, racquetball, or any other semi-contact sport where you want support with some protection to your groin.
This is a great jock - I tossed all my old ones out and I liked that it was a two pack.
mostly good, not good for long runs
I ordered these jock straps to wear under winter running tights. The extra wide waist strap makes it very comfortable. The pouch is made of breathable, yet sturdy material. It holds well during my Marathon training, yet does not contribute extra thickness to the outer layer of clothing. It is best for athletic activities. I don't even feel it when wearing. Overall the best quality material and comfort.
I have more of these jockstraps than any other. I wear a jockstrap 24/7 and find these the best for comfort and support. I would suggest purchasing a size up as the waistband is quite tight. If I only had one jockstrap, this would be it.
Working out or just sitting around, this is a comfortable jock, especially being that its the first one I ever owned. I ordered a few more and pretty much wear them fulltime. Great in summertime with shorts.
Bike has a solid winner in this jock. The price is very competitive for a two pack. I have the traditional white knit pouch model. This supporter forms to you after a few wearings and offers great support and ventilation without feeling smashed.
Bike makes a fab pair of jocks, these things are so breathable, you can actually feel a breeze in your region, the waistband is comfortable it does'nt dig into your skin. Bike is my absolute favorite jocks, thanks freshpair.
I use these every day instead of underwear. They are very comfortable.
Runs a little small, I purchased a medium(I have 33 waist)and it was too small. I ordered a large and it fits great and still provides excellent support. The 2 inch waist band is an improvement over the 3 inch waist band that always tried to rollover.
Size runs small, I have a 33 waist and found the medium too small.The large fits well. I like the 2 inch waist band it doesn't roll over like the 3 inch waist band used to do. Excellent support

I use this product during workouts. What I like best is that I don't notice that I'm wearing them, so to me that means they are doing what they are meant to do. I definitely plan to buy more.
Haven't worn a jock strap in a long time, and they have definitely improved in fit, comfort, and support. I use this for playing sports and also as a support after a recent surgery I had. Nothing bad to say about this product.

Great product, the best jock out there. The boys stay dry, cool, & supported when I'm working out. I like the wide waist band - rides right at hips so it doesn't constrict when I'm lifting weights or playing sports & doesn't roll at all.
I wasn't sure about jocks at first but now I like wearing them on a daily basis instead of regular underwear. They are great for daily and active wear. I will buy more in the future.
