I bought this bra to have something comfortable for lazy weekends. My one complaint is that the fabric pinches a little where the straps attach to the front of the bra. The reason is that the bra is basically constructed as a tube, with slits so that the straps can be raised for one- or both-shoulder use. There is therefore no elastic designed into the spot closest to the front of your armpit.
I purchased a medium, and it still works okay for my 34DD chest because the cups are so very stretchy. The bra fits fine, but offers minimal support like most shelf bras that lack underwire.

I recently got breast implants (36AA to small 36C) and have to wear a bra 24/7. This has been the best SLEEP bra. I wear a size Large and it provides enough support while still being very comfortable. I'm a side sleeper, so I do turn in my sleep and this bra never gets tangled. It always stays comfortable since there are no clasps and the material is so soft. NOTE: I would not leave the house wearing this bra since it is so thin and provides no nipple coverage (my headlights are on).
