My ND asked me to make an immediate switch from underwired bras to the wire-free ones. This is easier said than done.
After purchasing online of about 15 different bras, incl. different brands, and even some high-end sports bras, I must admit that the Bali model 3372 comes as close as they get to what I am looking for in a wire-free bra.
If you know your *proper* bra size, this particular bra not only supports well, but it will not ride up at all. The coverage is on a conservative end of things, not glamorous or flirty, but it does the job very well.
The separation is also pretty good for a non-wired bra, and there is no dreaded uniboob (hooray!).
The straps could be thinner; I understand this is for added support but the thick straps are really hard to hide under summer camis... that is one thing I would change in this bra. After all, it is the band that is supposed to provide the support, not the straps.
Another thing that needs to be mentioned is this bra is unlined/unpadded, so "headlights" are a real issue. I have not tried pasties yet but, for the summer, I will have to.
Other than that, this bra is nearly perfect - it is very affordable, comfortable and soft, it fits well, it supports where it's supposed to support and contains where it's supposed to contain, without spilling (but you must start with a proper size to begin with).
The band fits spot on, but the cup fits just a bit too small, not a lot though. If you size one cup up, it might be too much.
I'm giving it 4.5 out of 5 stars.
I bought this bra in black and soft taupe, and will be buying other colors, if available.
