I really love this product. [...] Some of us heavier people would like a chance to wear something that wears and feels so great. I've worn these for a long time but outgrew the size I wear.
The product itself is quite satisfactory. I have absolutely nothing negative to offer. [...] My complaint is that when I made my purchase, I was offered 2 free pairs of panties as well. When my order arrived, they weren't included. There wasn't even an offer included as to how I would receive them. I called customer service and the nice lady told me she would send my the coupon/offer in the mail. A few days later, I received it. Much to my dismay, they wanted all the tags, etc., that were on the product, which I had thrown away when my original order came. I feel ripped off and frustrated by Bali. I'm sure not too many people got their "freebie" as a result of all their rules.
I order my size which is medium but it's big. I want to return the item but it's say's in the return policy you can't return an open item. But, how can you know it fits you or the size you got it's the right one if you will not open the package. You can only know if you want the item if you open the package. Very frustrated.
These panties are great. I just wish they came in other colors. Us fat girls like color too!!
