This bra is simply perfect. I was afraid the size could be wrong since I had never shopped for bras online, but I measured my bust and converted to the size chart and it was just the perfect fit. I have large breasts and usually the straps hurt my shoulders by the end of the day, and with this bra I simply don't feel the straps at all. This bra is amazing, I use it to practice sports (mostly tennis, which is high impact) and for everyday use. It's just a HUGE upset that it's not available for international shipping anymore. I would order a couple more, for sure.

I use the Extreme Control Sports Bra sizw 36E for moderate to high impact cardio workouts. I found that the straps would tend to fall off the shoulders when I did any cardio with my arms overhead ie jumping jacks. I kept having to pull them back into place. The elastic strap bands are not suited for high impact cardio workouts. I tried a size smaller 34E and found it too compressing across the chest.

I wear a 32H and this is one of the few bras I have found that is comfortable and offers full support without an underwire.

This bra is rated "for high impact". I run, and I wear a larger cup size. This doesn't provide adequate support for running. I ordered "H" cup, but when the bra arrived, it was labelled B-H cup. Now, honestly, how can that be possible? I guess if you're B, C, or maybe D cup, this is alright. But anything more than that, I don't recommend it! It is very comfortable, and it's OK for the gym, but NOT for running...
