I think that it holds the boys in place very well however like others have said maybe size up although I do like the snug fit it seems to run a little small thus riding up more than normal at first. looks good and I like the material that its made of but at the bottom of the pouch it would appear that the sack tries to sneak out the side.

First thong I have ever worn, thought I would HATE the back. But always thought they looked interesting and like they framed your "assets" well. Turns out they are quite comfortable and fit really well under slim jeans etc. I have to say they are a little spicy too!

i would agree with other people who have said that the pouch is too big. as a not-so-well endowed guy, there was WAY TOO MUCH ROOM in the front (ordered a medium based on waist size). if you're smaller than average, consider ordering one size down. y-back is really comfy though.

This y-back thong is very comfortable! It looks great on and feels great on. However, only after about 2 weeks, one of the strap seams are coming off from the back "y" part. This is a little disappointing. But the thong is very comfortable.

This was my first thong, and I was pleasantly surprised by its comfort level. It is a garment I wouldn't mind wearing on a daily basis. It is that comfortable.

However, it does have some downsides. First off, it doesn't quit "disappear" under jeans. I think the Y-back design allows the waistband to scoot up on the waist. Even with mid-rise jeans, if you reveal your back, people will see. I was hoping this would be something that would remain hidden even under low-rise jeans...but no, with low-rise, you can see the waistband all the way around. Basically, be sure to wear long shirts if you plan on wearing these so these instances don't occur.

Secondly, depending on your sitting position, you can feel some rubbing on your tail bone from where the back strap Ys off. It's not major, but it is a bit distracting.

This is the first thong I've ever purchased and I must say, I'm a believer. As far as the feel goes, I would imagine this feels like any other thong. From what I've seen in other thongs, the back portion is typically kind of thick, so i could see where that would get uncomfortable after a day of wearing it, but with this particular thong, the back is much thinner.

Beyond the feel of the garment, this particular thong is incredibly pleasing to the eye. Where your typical thong has the Y shape in the back, this garment has a very small open triangle to highlight the very small of the back. Very good fit and support, true sizing and good construction. Mostly comfortable but after wearing all day the elastic can be a little annoying. If the pouch was lengthened a little and the rear strap shortened an inch or so, I imagine it would have less of a tendency to "bite".

I work in a suite/tie 5 days a week and the comfort is unsurpassed. no private parts all over the place, bouncing like in boxers or just feeling so tight and restrained in briefs. the package is held firmly and the rest of the area just feels cool comfort. I play a lot of tennis and I can just change into my gear and keep the thong on, it serves as a pretty good jock strap, and finally it does make me feel just a little more sexy.

Surprisingly Comfortable for a man-thong. I never thought I'd find myself looking forward to wearing one.

The pouch depth is true to fit, but it needs to be more narrow to look more like a sport thong and less like a diaper. I'm happy, that just what it needs to move to the top from the middle.

There are problems with this one. The main bottom seam is thick and in a very bad place for me - even to the point of being painful. However, this seam also fell out after two washes. Also, this thong is not as well-placed, nor as comfortable (by far) as the C-IN2 thong. Please try that one.

I have got the 2xist thong in the past and this new version is a little better I must say. First thing I noticed is the pouch does not stretch out as much durring the day offering a little better support. The waistband does not roll as much as the previous version either.
