use it for lounging great fit just don't have enough of them!
This underwear is very soft and comfortable, but the leg openings are much larger than the pictures suggest. Overall I wouldn't complain, but I bought these expecting something of a mix between boxer shorts and trunks - the fit of these are just shorts. If you are just looking for shorts these might be great.
Best boxer shorts I have ever had...comfort is excellent. Does not ride up the legs and is great for any use.

they are a little pricy
I've searched for a long time to find boxers that were comfortable without being to baggy. These are the ones. These are sized just right to give me space and comfort, but they're not too baggy so I don't have extra fabric gathering in uncomfortable places. The fabric is soft and lightweight, so I hardly feel I'm wearing anything. The real test was to see how they hold up after washing. These boxers came through with flying colors. They kept their shape, the elastic holds up and they didn't shrink.
Speaking of flying colors, the only thing I'd like to see improved is a greater selection of colors.

I bought my first pair a few years ago and loved them. It became the only brand/style I used. Over time, they began to yellow (as is to be expected), so I decided to take advantage of Fresh Pair's sales event and buy 10 pair to replace the old ones. I WILL NEVER BUY THEM AGAIN. Taking a new pair out of the dryer after their first washing, I was stunned to see that the elastic interior waistband was detached from the exterior/fabric waistband -- looking as if it had a tube there. All 10 pair did this. First washing! The older ones NEVER did that -- they maintained their appearance (apart from the yellowing to be expected) and thus made me confident that I could buy 10 pair at once. Either I got scammed or 2xist has altered its manufacturing methods (I don't blame FreshPair - nothing to indicate they were aware), but I'll never buy them again.

I wear these at home frequently at least 3 seasons. Great fit and look. Comfortable. Good for exercise, stretching etc. The regular essentials cotton and pima cotton versions are both great.
Overall, these are a solid set of boxer shorts. They stay put, don't ride up, and the fabric is very soft/comfortable. The waistband doesn't rub, and you can't feel the seems at all. Also, they're roomy, without feeling baggy; the fabric gives just enough to accommodate everything Overall, these shorts go the distance, they look good and simple, and they're suitable for everyday wear.
this is a great boxer short. You can sleep great in it.
Hey, wearing boxers with enough material to make a circus tent? Check these out. I don't like boxers that bunch in my pants and the 2xist Button Fly Boxer Shorts are more tapered to the body - even comfortably suitable to wear with jeans. There's "room to roam" up front but less "bunch" around the legs and back.
Just very comfortable, easy on, easy off, even great to sleep in.
The elastic problem didn't happen on the last pairs I bought.
I bought these underwear to lounge around in following a recent surgery. I only bought 2 pair, but should've bought more. The cotton is breathable, the elastic waistband isn't too tight and the length on the legs is very good. Good support in the rear and nice and roomy in the front - without looking absurd.
I've been wearing 2xist button fly boxers every day for years. They're very well designed, roomy but not baggy, and the soft cotton, flat seams, and covered elastic waistband make them very comfortable. With the button fly I can wear them in casual situations, such as sunbathing with friends, without worrying about unintended over-exposure.
These briefs have brought extra spice into our Romance department !
I like wearing them around the house, watching tv and for sleeping in.
